Services Fees 
Service fees are based on resident’s quarterly health assessment.
Fellowship Assisted Living:
Fellowship Assisted Living offers affordable monthly rates which include: 3 meals and 2 snacks per day, assistance in daily living (dressing, grooming, bathing), monthly scheduled recreational activities program, individual laundry and daily housekeeping services. Drop off to doctors appointments on Upper Riverdale Rd and Medical way. Monthly scheduled recreational programs and outings.
Adult Daycare:
8 hours including Breakfast, Lunch and Snack.
Respite Care:
Minimum of 2 days and Maximum of 14 days of overnight 24hr care.
An interview, assessment, recent TB test andphysical from a licensed physician are required before admission.
