Service fees are based on resident’s quarterly health assessment.
Incontinence Management: $150/$300
Respite Care: $150/night
(2 night minimum)
Adult Day Care: $65/day (8 hours)
Fellowship Assisted Living
An interview, assessment, recent TB test and physical from a licensed physician are required before admission.
• Private room $3,200/month
• Private Suite $4,200/month
• Monthly Room Rates include:
3 meals and snacks a day, assistance in daily living (dressing, grooming, bathing), monthly scheduled recreational activities program, laundry and housekeeping services.
Rates are subject to change on a 30 day notice.
Fellowship Senior Day Care
We accept private and Medicaid pay. For Medicaid eligibility, please call 404-463-3333.
